Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, project location and the project details you choose to share, such as project type, estimated budget, stage, expected timeline and description.

Visit information. We note how you arrived at the site (for example the referring page or the campaign parameters in a link), the page where you landed, the pages you view, the time of your first visit and the general type of device. If you accept cookies, we also record each page you view together with your screen size, browser language, time zone and browser type, linked to a random identifier that does not contain your name or contact details.

Technical information. Our hosting provider logs technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and site performance. When you submit the form, we store the IP address and browser type with your inquiry to prevent spam and abuse.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether a project is a good fit, follow up with you, understand which pages and sources bring visitors so we can improve the site, protect the site against spam and abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use first-party browser storage only. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, they will run only with your consent and this policy will be updated.

If you decline, we do not record your page views or set the visitor identifier, and the site works normally. Whatever you choose, if you submit the contact form, the visit information kept for the current tab (how you arrived and the pages you viewed) is sent with your inquiry so we know how you found us.

You can change your choice at any time. You can also clear this storage from your browser settings.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only with service providers that host the site, store data, and receive and route inquiries on our behalf, solely to perform those services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

5. Security and Retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. We keep inquiries and visit records as long as needed to respond, manage projects and meet legal or contractual obligations.

6. Your Choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and recordkeeping obligations.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can address it.

8. Third-Party Sites

Our site links to external sites, such as public license records. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

9. Updates

We may update this policy as our practices change. The updated policy will be posted here with a revised effective date.
